FLORE BRIDOUX

Associate Professor of Strategy at the University of Amsterdam. Ph.D. - Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium.

Her current research focuses on the management of stakeholders and human capital. In particular, she studies how firms can motivate stakeholders to cooperate with the firm and with each other. She is also interested in stakeholders’ reactions to the tradeoffs firms make among the interests of different stakeholder groups and in the dynamics that characterize firms-stakeholders interactions. Her work has been published in, among others, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Strategic Management Journal.

MICHAEL MORLEY

Professor of Management at University of Limerick – Ireland.

Professor Michael Morley holds the Chair in Management at the Kemmy Business School where he has been a faculty member for over 20 years. He teaches management on undergraduate business programmes and international and cross-cultural management on MSc and Executive MBA programmes. He also mentors a cohort of doctoral candidates pursuing programmes of research on expatriate management, psychological contracts, global careers and new forms of organising, several of whom are scholarship holders.

His more than 115 published peer reviewed journal articles have appeared in influential outlets such as Journal of International Business Studies, Human Relations, Personnel Psychology, Industrial & Labor Relations Review, Group & Organization Management, Human Resource Management Review, Journal of World Business, International Business Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Managerial Psychology.

Economist, management consulting and professor since 1994, she was adjunct professor at Department of Economics and Management. Guest Professor in the University of São Paulo – Brazil and co-mentor of the subject Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

ANNIE ROYER

Assistant professor at Université Laval, Québec

Annie Royer obtained her doctorate in economics from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2009. She was also a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands from 2009 to 2011. She holds the Chair of Leadership in the teaching of collective marketing. Its research program is multidisciplinary and deals with the analysis of the collective marketing of agricultural products, the vertical coordination in agri-food chains and value chains, the collective organizations of producers, the analysis of agricultural policies, the quality of agricultural products, agricultural products and innovation.
