Past, present, and future are articulated to allow planning and intervention to resolve the multiple social issues that affect minority or minoritized groups, as well as portions of the population victimized by inequalities. The demands of social movements presented to the State require Public Administration to take humanized action, capable of recognizing the diversity that shapes society. It requires forms of governance that demand interdisciplinary and intersectoral perspectives connected with a model of public action that recognizes multiple actors and multiple decision-making centers. In contemporary times, there is no longer room for perspectives of governmental action that relegate nature to a secondary plane, since the advance of climate change produces effects not only on different biomes. They affect health, the economy, environmental conservation, and the capacity to exist and live on the planet today and in the future. In this theme, therefore, we are open to the different discussions that permeate administrative, management, organizational, and governance planning aspects, but also the relations between federal entities, between the State, civil society, and social movements, and the planetary forces confronting the consequences of the use of natural resources. The human-society-nature relationship is one of the fundamental aspects of generating an environmental culture that affects anyone in public administration committed to building a more socially just world.
