Studies involving the aspects and mechanisms related to the creation, collection, acquisition, storage, dissemination, and use of knowledge in an organization. Three main subthemes stand out: (i) the relationship of Knowledge Management with other areas of knowledge such as strategy, governance, operations, culture, innovation, organizational performance, learning, etc., as well as the proposition and application of models and frameworks in specific business contexts and situations; (ii) knowledge management processes supported by information and communication technology, considering everything from the creation of knowledge at the individual\/team level to the evaluation of the benefits of organizational learning, as well as organizational maturity in knowledge management; (iii) impacts of emerging digital technologies (such as AI, Internet of Things, Digital Twin, Blockchain, etc.) on current knowledge management practices, considering aspects such as open innovation, ecosystems, platforms, communities of practice, agile teams, among others.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

This theme proposes to discuss the strategic role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in building resilient, ethical, sustainable, and innovative organizations. It involves the study of structures, processes, technologies, and practices of ICT governance and management that ensure strategic alignment, value generation, cybersecurity, responsible use of technology, sustainability, and ethical and regulatory impacts.<\/p>\n

This theme covers studies related to, but not limited to:
