An innovative initiative that seeks to engage students from graduate programs in every state in the country.<\/p>

Nominated by the coordinators of programs at a wide range of higher education institutions in business administration, the pair of graduate students from each institution is committed to promoting the benefits of SemeAd to their peers, both at their own institutions and at institutions in nearby areas, helping SemeAd reach more and more Brazilian researchers.<\/p>

“Being a SEMEAD ambassador feels almost natural to me. I have followed the event since 2017, always publishing my work, but I was only able to attend in person from 2024 on, and that experience changed my relationship with the conference. Seeing the quality of the discussions up close and exchanging ideas with other researchers made me understand why SEMEAD is such an important reference in the field.
