Por \"discutir quest\u00f5es epistemol\u00f3gicas\", entendemos discuss\u00f5es sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de \u201cverdades\u201d: suas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de possibilidade, seus limites, as cr\u00edticas a que estas verdades s\u00e3o submetidas. Tamb\u00e9m entendemos que o debate epistemol\u00f3gico remete de forma direta \u00e0quele relativo a quest\u00f5es ontol\u00f3gicas, ou seja, \u00e0 natureza do mundo em que estamos e no qual localizamos nosso olhar. Entendemos que quest\u00f5es ontol\u00f3gicas e epistemol\u00f3gicas s\u00e3o frequentemente coexistentes - da\u00ed o frequente uso do termo \u201cquest\u00f5es onto-epistemol\u00f3gicas\u201d. Ressaltamos que este tema n\u00e3o tem como objeto problemas de ordem puramente metodol\u00f3gica. Trabalhos sobre metodologia poder\u00e3o ser submetidos quando envolvem de forma direta uma discuss\u00e3o de car\u00e1ter epistemol\u00f3gico ou ontol\u00f3gico - ou seja, quest\u00f5es relativas \u00e0 verdade e \u00e0 natureza do objeto observado. Encorajamos submiss\u00e3o de trabalhos de qualquer orienta\u00e7\u00e3o paradigm\u00e1tica, ainda mais porque a pr\u00f3pria discuss\u00e3o sobre paradigmas \u00e9 uma discuss\u00e3o sobre epistemologia.<br \/>\nComo o objetivo \u00e9 abrir debates inter e transdisciplinares entre as diversas formas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de saberes em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, s\u00e3o muito bem vindos trabalhos baseados ou inspirados por \u00e1reas de conhecimento como filosofia, sociologia, antropologia, psicologia, psican\u00e1lise, hist\u00f3ria, geografia, economia.
