    • Authors (in addition to the PhD student, the advisor may be included as a co-author, which does not affect the 3-traditional-paper submission limit – scientific articles)
Papers that are not in the specified format will not be accepted.

The submission of the abstract and the project grants the organizers permission to send them to the leaders and reviewers who will compose the panel. In turn, papers from the Doctoral Consortium will not be part of the Event Proceedings.

Registration and presentation of papers at the Doctoral Consortium will allow the PhD student access to article presentation sessions. Presentation certificates will be available in the SemeAd system after the event takes place.
