Teaching case that portrays or simulates a real situation experienced within the scope of management topics (marketing, innovation, strategy, information systems, human resources, etc.). The case must address one or more significant management topics. It should represent the reality lived by organizations and convey the problem situation in detail. The case may be used in the classroom to illustrate a previously studied theory or serve as motivation for the introduction of new knowledge. The case should encourage practitioners to reflect on current management topics.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Public Administration, Sustainability and Society

This theme welcomes the submission of teaching cases that address strategic challenges faced by individuals or organizations, both in the private and public sectors, in the fields of organizational strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability.

Cases that promote critical reflection and support decision-making in the face of complex and contextualized dilemmas, anchored in real or plausible situations, are encouraged. The cases may address topics such as: the creation and consolidation of new ventures; implementation of innovative business models; digital transformation processes; formulation and evaluation of public policies; management of essential services; socio-environmental responsibility; inclusion and equity; organizational governance; and strategies for sustainable development.

The proposal is to foster integrated approaches that articulate business, public, and social perspectives, promoting a systemic, ethical, and sustainable view of organizational performance. Contributions that stimulate critical thinking, interdisciplinarity, and commitment to contemporary strategic business challenges are valued.
