The Development of Products and Processes should be aligned with the strategic objectives of the operation. Studying, researching, and formulating viable and sustainable strategies from an operational viewpoint is the object of operations strategies both in terms of evaluating and finding operational alternatives for implementing and managing strategies in the context of operations, based on the identification, selection, and management of critical projects for organizational competitiveness and sustainability.
