SemeAd 2023 will have a hybrid format.
In previous experiences, we explored both face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid events, which granted the organization the know-how to make the twenty-sixth edition of SemeAd a unique experience for both the delegates who opt for virtual activities and the delegates who opt for face-to-face ones. 

In virtual sessions, Authors, moderators, and Session Leaders participate virtually. Attendees who are participating can attend the virtual sessions in the FEA laboratories that will be prepared for delegates to have access to the virtual Zoom rooms. 
In face-to-face sessions, Authors, moderators, and Session Leaders participate in person. The rooms will be equipped with cameras so that congressmen who opted for virtual participation can watch. 

The activities of the Pre-Doctoral Consortium are going to take place 100% virtually on August 11, 2023. 
The activities of the Doctoral Consortium will be held 100% in person on August 11, 2023. Authors who have their projects approved for the consortium sessions will benefit from free registration for the event, 1 night of accommodation (11/7/2023) in a hotel determined by the event, and a free SemeAd Experience activity on the day of the event. 

The SemeAd Experience, an external activity, is going to happen in person on July 11th, 2023. Participants may choose to participate at the time of registration, when they will have access to the available activities and prices. 

The Award Ceremony will take place in the auditorium of the Museu do Ipiranga, which will be reserved exclusively for Semead congressmen, on the night of September 11, 2023. On the registration date, the congressperson may choose to participate in the award. The auditorium has a limited capacity for participants, and participation criteria will follow the registration order.
