- Uberization and platformization of work.
- Independent workers and individual micro-entrepreneurs.
- Artificial Intelligence, social media and their impacts on organizations and work.
- Power, control and resistance at work.
- Informality, self-employment and survival entrepreneurship.
- Labor market, poverty and inequalities.
- Work in contexts of migration and refuge.
- Trade unionism and collective action of workers.
- Contradictions between work, capitalism and the State.

Convergences and divergences between theoretical frameworks and policies, models, and practices for managing people that are institutionalized or not within the context of organizations, depending on the size of the company. Policies, models and practices to improve people management and its functions, such as recruitment, selection, performance management, occupational health and safety, results evaluation, as well as the reformulation of the people management area in organizations and the communication processes among the members of the organization, and competence-based management.
