My motivation to be a SemeAd 2023 ambassador: The opportunity to participate as a SemeAd ambassador is extremely motivating and enriching for my academic career. SemeAd is a renowned event in the academic field, which brings together professionals, researchers and students from different areas of administration, providing an environment conducive to sharing knowledge and relevant discussions. By participating as an ambassador, I will have the opportunity to actively contribute to this purpose by promoting the event among my fellow academics and encouraging them to participate. In this way, I will be engaged in a movement that drives the advancement of science and knowledge in the area.

For me, being a SEMEAD ambassador is providing breadth in publicizing the event at. It means establishing partnerships and enabling the participation of people belonging to historically unrepresented groups in our country. It is to expand access and incentive to research, through the participation of all.
