SemeAd 2024 will be hybrid. We explored the experiences from previous face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid events to make the twenty-sixth edition of SemeAd a unique experience for both congressmen who opt for virtual activities and those who opt for face-to-face ones.

In virtual sessions, Authors, Moderators, and Session Leaders participate virtually. Congressmen participating can attend the virtual sessions in the FEA laboratories, which will be prepared for access to the virtual Zoom rooms.

In face-to-face sessions, Authors, Moderators, and Session Leaders participate in person. The rooms will be equipped with cameras so that congressmen who opted for virtual participation can watch.

Some activities will be exclusive for participants of the face-to-face modality. These activities will be announced in the program.

The activities of the Pre-Doctoral Consortium will happen 100% virtually.

The activities of the Doctoral Consortium will be held 100% in person.

The SemeAd Experience, involving external activities, will take place in person. Delegates will choose their participation at registration when they will have access to options and prices for activities.
